I'll try to answer your questions.
You wrote, "what might u think will cause the Apocalypse???: The Apocalypse will begin when the Church is raptured or taken out of this world. There are no signs for any of this, because we as the Bride of Christ are, or should be, expecting this to happen at any time. For example, Revelation chapters 2 and 3 deal with the churches and the church age. Revelation 4 describes Heaven. Something has to have happened between these chapters, and many people believe it's going to be the Rapture. In one sense, God is going to "cause" the Apocalypse because He already has stated what's going to happen.
You also wrote, "i [sic] do not disbelieve in it but i don't believe in it". You've stated a flat contradiction--you either believe or you don't! If God as promised that something is going to take place, then rest assured it will happen some day. When has God ever been less than honest? When did God EVER lie?
You then wrote, "if [sic] it will happen will the cause be by man or is only nature strong enuf to wipe us all out?? " God is going to set the events of the Apocalypse in motion. Neither nature nor mankind has anywhere near the power to start, end, or maintain any of this.
You also wrote, "i [sic] don't think any bomb would be able to destroy all of life on earth". Good point, as I don't know of any device that has the power, in and of itself, to do this, either. But the Book of Revelation has pictures and images to describe the incredible changes that WILL happen to this earth. Remember, neither you nor anyone else has to be here on this earth to see anything like this. You can escape this judgment to come by accepting God's gift of salvation!
You closed by asking, "what could the four horsemen be?" We don't know if these are literal, real, horsemen or cavalry or if they are symbolic. The truth behind the image is terrifying, though, because the false peace is shown by the rider on the white horse, followed by war, famine, and death.
You can get a lot of commentaries from web sites like Blue Letter Bible at http://www.blueletterbible.org/ or http://www.godrules.net/ or http://bible.crosswalk.com/ May you have good success as you study the Word of God. Please consider carefully what you find.

It will be by the hand of God and He doesn't need man-made nuclear devices or the spirit of nature. The four horsemen are judgements. The one who took peace from the earth was probably here just befor cain murdered Able. The one with the scales of commerce might be showing up right about now.
Locking into a specific interpretation could hinder you from hearing the truth when it really does show up. It is a temptation for us to try to figure it out, but a way more important thing is to know that you are prepared for your own end

Understand that apocalypse is simply a literary genre or style en vogue between 200 BCE and 200 CE. The Book of Daniel is a Jewish apocalypse; Revelation is Christian.
