I was sick last night in the bathroom at work..I feel nauseous all day I still have Monday's head ache argg! I know you guys cant tell me if I am pregnant or not duh! I've been here b4 9 miscarriages...In August I had a m/c I was 9 weeks and I had a period anyways for those 2 months and same symptoms.

Tomorrow morning I am taking a dollar test still have one handy.

So what do you guys think?

And usually when I have my period its super heavy and major cramps absolutely nothing like that when I had the early period...just light stuff.

I would just really like to hear some of your stories and if anyone ever had a period and found out if they were pregnant?!

It sounds like something other than a "period" to me. But I guess you never know. Let us know what the test shows -- especially if it's a BFP!

Oh and get a good Dr if you are preg. Maybe they can help...put you on bedrest or something. I know there's not much anyone can do, but you can try :)

Hmm it could be very possible. Your most likely to know better if you are or not because youve been there before. But it pretty much sounds like you are. You just answered my question, and just want to say your really insperational. I'm going on about my problems but you obviously have gone through a lot worse. Please can you message or email me or something because i'd like to get some more advice off you. It's so hard to get some decent advice on here.

Anyways, if not I hope you get the answer your looking for and everything goes well.

    Thanks.

The causes of early menstrual periods( or anovulatory periods) can be divided into psychological and physical. Psychological aren't as common as physical; in fact, it's normally accepted that physical causes are responsible for early menstrual periods. Psychological causes for early menstrual periods: Anxiety and other forms of emotional daily stress, overwork and fatigue can cause early menstrual periods. If these factors are not controlled, they could make you lose emotional stability. Therefore, these could affect your body functioning balance, producing alterations that will lead to early menstrual periods. Either way, keep in mind that the physical causes for early menstrual periods are much more frequent. Physical causes for early menstrual periods: Hormones like estrogen and progesterone have a definite effect on your menstruation since they regulate the ovulation during the menstrual cycle. Without a balanced level of these hormones in their bodies, women are unable to properly ovulate producing abnormal (anovulatory) menstruation that will lead to irregular menstrual periods. This is why maintaining healthy hormone levels is important to avoid and control early menstrual periods.

What to do about Early Menstrual Periods?

The most important thing to get the right treatment for Early Menstrual Periods is to find out whether your problem is psychological or physical.

Psychological: Early Menstrual Periods caused by anxiety, stress, overwork and fatigue should be treated by scheduling rest and joy time and integrating an exercise program in your life. Keep in mind that in most cases a combination of psychological and physical treatments is the best option to manage Early Menstrual Periods.

Physical: Because Early Menstrual Periods are probably caused by imbalanced hormonal levels (which produce anovulatory periods), maintaining healthy amounts of hormones is a must. There are several ways to manage Early Menstrual Periods, but the best way is by combining therapies such as "lifestyle approaches" and alternative medicine.
