Running & Sports Bra?

Am wanting to start running to aid my weight loss and also to get some exercise.

can anyone recommend a good sports bra in a larger size? (38DD +)

Am in the UK if this makes any difference

Also does anyone have any tips on running for the first time?

Thank you

A lot of places do bras in larger sizes now, but I still rate Bravissimo over the others.

They specialise in bras for girls with big boobs, and commission pieces to meet out needs, so style get changed slightly to offer better support in different places. They can be pricey, but I honestly think it's worth it. They have a good sports bra range. I have 2, one is a shock absorber one, which is great but doesn't have a nice shape and the other is Impact which is cheaper and a nicer shape.

Their website is www.bravissimo.co.uk, and you can buy online, but I would try to go to one of their shops, especially the first time because the give you great advice and make sure the bra fits perfectly. The first time I went in the lady just told me what size I was without measuring, and I was wearing two sizes out.

i can give you tips on running for the first time.

if it's for the first time and you haven't done it in months, i suggest you start with warm-ups or stretches to get that body moving. do not start running straight away; give your body an easy work-out and start with jogging. if you run without stretching (or anything) then you can get cramps and get muscle pain.

start jogging for about 2 weeks/month or something. if you start feeling more energetic, you can start going at a faster pace. gradually keep doing this until you get into a comfortable pace.
