Theres really nothing you can do about the weight you have already gained. Buy you can start doing excersizes that are good for you while you are pregnant, and start eating better and drinking mostly water. Thats a good way to cleanse your body. It is ok to gain weight while you are pregnant though. Just remember everyone is different and you dont have to follow anyone elses guidelines as long as you still feel good,

I don't think there is such a thing. They have 'recommended' weight gain, but it would be pretty hard to actually gain too much weight in the nine months of pregnancy. I know women who have gained 100 pounds and have lost all of it within a moderate period of time. Now, it is not as healthy for the baby to gain 100 pounds, but you are no where near there! Calm down and let your body do it's job. Eat well, try to get some exercise, and rest when you need to. Your baby will be so much better off for it.

Well the average weight a pregnant women should gain is 25-35 pounds or else it wouldn't be healthy for the baby. Don't worry about your weight now, one of the reasons people like about being pregnant is eating as much as they want and gaining the weight with an exuse of "I'm pregnant" Of course you can always get a gym membership to help you loose most of the extra baby weight when it's all over. :)

OMG don't worry about it! I am 29 weeks pregnant and have gained 23lbs as well. Who cares! Everyone gains more weight than expected with the 1st baby. Just try going for walks when you can and eat what you want within reason. =)
Literally it falls off after baby. Unless your like 11 weeks and gaining that much I do not see Any reason to worry.

Well I would suggest to cut back on any sweets or unhealthy-fatting food that you may have been eating. Research has shown that you are only really supposed to eat for one and not two when you are pregnant. Many woman use the excuse to over eat just, because they are pregnant. I would suggest to start taking wakes at least one mile a day and start taking pregnancy yoga. The yoga actually will make it easier during the birth barring process as you are stretching your muscle etc. I would suggest taking it slow at first and cut back a little at a time. Good luck and congrats on your blessing. :)

i think that you should set a gaol and go for it, like say you want to lose 5 lbs and you lose that weight. then next time go for 10 lbs, and if you lose 10 lbs then keep setting goals you can reach. but ill let you know that this isnt going to happen over night it might takes 3 or 4 weeks. the most important thing is what you eat. if you like eating alot eat healthy good luck
