Yes,there is.Put it in a different format.There are some programs for that.
Example:put it in mp4 or 3gp format.The quality won't be the same,but it won't be too large.

Use some software, like windows movie maker, to split the film in two. Then upload the film in two parts.

if you can switch it to a quicktime and make it into a smaller file then upload it
