Where is the best place for a small tattoo where aging of skin will not change the tat?

We all age and there are better places for tats. I want one that will not droop in time and the least pain.

    My grandmother (85) has few on her foot, arms and a tiny dot on her chin. The ones that faded the least are on her foot. They still look faded but the pattern is still there. Her arms faded the most.

    i would say the back of the neck or ribs.
