What would you do if....?

So this is kinda like a game.

Suppose you have the number of kids that you have initials. For example, I have 4 initials, (K.M.T.D), so i would have 4 kids. But those kids names have to start with the letters of your initials, so 4 different names, with 4 different initials.

So the chances of 4 kids are

bbbb. gggg. bbgg/ggbb. bbbg. gggb

And try to use different names and you dont have to include middle names
