Stalking, and repeated threats?

All of this started over myspace. This girl, that goes to my school whom I had never met in person, just literally out of nowhere said she was going to kick my ***. The reason behind this, is her friend likes my boyfriend, I politely told her to back off. So, that made her friend mad, so she decided I got smart with her friend and she's going to beat me up.

She made constant threats for a week. Until thursday night, she said she was going to fight me. I never made any threats towards her. I tried to tell her to drop it at least 17 times. As did other people. She insisted on "fighting". She was talking to her friends in comments, and I'm not sure what she said to the girl, but I know what the girl replied with. She said in one, about slitting my throat. And in other- Wishing she could be there so she could pull my legs from under me, while the girl beats my face in.

Alright. Next day at school. I walked in with my friend, and she and that other girl was waiting on me. After being threated all night, again and again. The girl walked up to me, and said are you going to do this, or not. I said are you? and then she got up in my face, and was about to hit me, so I hit her in the face as hard as I could, because I felt like.. if I didn't she was going to seriously hurt me.

We fought, and it got broken up eventually, but she continued to hit me. Then tried to claim in the office that I jumped her. No. I didnt. She just wanted to make me look bad. I have records of all the threats and things she sent me. The princible told me I could press charges for harrassment if I wanted to, my parents wouldn't. And he said he thought it would be settled but all weekend she has harrassed me, and stalked my myspace.

I deleted her and her friend immediately after I got home from school. Which I got suspended, so. I got home later in the morning. She deleted most of the threatening comments, but I still have them on a disk.

I turned this into the office today. I know they will turn it into the police but what is most likely to happen after this.

P.s.- I never made ANY threats towards her, or anyone, and tried to avoid it. Though I did throw the first punch?
