I'm running a 10k race in 4 weeks and I need to wear fancy dress?

I wouldn't want to run a 10k in a dress...

hi you can always just wear red and green but i dont understand the bart about the sports bra maybee u can go to a store and ask a femail about ur situation and the sports bra then she can pick out clothes for u

attempt basic the 1st week like: day a million~run 10 min, stroll 10 min, run 10, stroll 10 for a mutually as day 2~long-term, like in line with possibility 5+ mi (stroll/run) day 3~some speed paintings on a music day 4~relax day 5~long-term returned (stroll/run) day 6~in line with possibility hills, or a pace run? day 7~relax ~do an identical for week 2, yet up the milage and/or speed/%. ~then week 3 in basic terms relax as quickly as ~week 4 relax the day in the previous the race and do an basic exercising consultation 2 days in the previous start up small milage and build as much as in line with possibility 20 (?) in the previous your race, and function an basic %. with out the subsequent 4 weeks and the race, attempt avr. 15 min miles or much less

well um i am just making a guessi am pretty sure you will not need to wear a dress or anything fancy.... i love to run! so much fun. Anyways good luck at the race.

a cotton red dress. and wear some striped stockings or socks to keep warm!
