how can I find out how much some old ww2 letters are worth?

hello, not long ago my father passed away and while going through all his stuff we found a box full of letter from his dad who served in world war 2 to him. Som e of thees letters are in envolopes. we don´t live in the Uk so I would be interested in online sites.

    They will be worth so very much to your descendants and possibly to yourself when you are older.Please don't part with them just for money. They are irreplaceable. Sometimes when you are young you do not appreciate the value of items. I am 76 and was lucky enough to find amongst my Mother's effects a letter from my Father to her just before he was torpedoed in WW2. I would part with that for any money

    Unless they are correspondence from a famous figurehead, then they are mementos and nothing else. You should keep them as a reminder of your families history.
