Oslay -    Tell your dad if he admires them so much, then HE should join them.   This is something YOU have got to want to do.

Two jobs I wouldn't want in the military are elite combat units and submarine service.

Don't get me wrong.  I admire the hell out of those who do, but I'd fail miserably at the elite combat units, and I'd go stark raving mad serving in tubes under the water for months on end.

If you don't want to,,,, don't.
