What is the correct term for a physician that specializes in the venous system/blood disorders?

Specifically...a specialist that can help diagnose and treat the cause of a DVT (deep vein thrombosis) in a 35 year old female with no family history of problems.

Update:

Thank you for your answer, Matt. I thought a cardiologist might be the right one but I'm confused because they deal mostly with the heart and arteries, right? I was just wondering if there was some sort of specialist out there that specialized in vein and blood disorders besides the ones that deal with the heart :D

Update 2:

P.S.: Believe me...I've googled the sh*t out of my condition and am just looking for more options and second opinions!
