Christians are not obligated to Jewish Law any more than a French man living in France is obligated to obey German laws!
"YMCA" stands for "Yong Men's Christian Association" and as such, they are (or were originally, if not any more) a Christian-based organization. As such, asking about the Jewish Old Testament Law restricting pork from ones diet is like asking if the French man, living in France, is obligated to drive the speed limits posted in Germany.
Personally, if you were at my house, I would not eat pork, because it is offensive to both Jew AND Muslim, and as a Christian, the Bible instructs us to be at peace with all men, as much as lies in our power.
It's a good question, but I don't think you can get the YMCA to change the dietary habits. Sorry :-(

Also the YMCA is not quite fundamentalist. I have worked with the YMCA in Asia before, and they are very welcoming to all creeds and faiths. In fact, the YMCA is very active in both India and Pakistan. In Pakistan, they provide aid to refugees of the Afghan War.
BTW, I worked in Japan where there are very few Christians, but, regardless of religion, though that the international work of the YMCA was a good thing.
Christians have no problem eating pork, but basically what I want to say is that YMCA is not some strict fundamentalist organization that is about enforcing rules regarding religion. It simply exists to help people around the world.

For most christians, pork is indeed allowed. They have no dietary restrictions but are supposed to eat and drink in moderation. The YMCA and YWCA are non-denominational, so even if individual members may not eat pork products, they are aware the vast majority of their members DO eat pork and do not forbid it. I also belong to the YWCA and I'm a Nordic Heathen. Pork products, dairy products and mead (a type of honey wine) or other alcoholic beverages are important parts of many of our celebrations and for those of us raised in Nordic countries, they're dietary staples. While I don't expect to be served a fine Pinot Noir at the YWCA, I'm grateful they do serve pork at events since I don't eat beef, don't eat any poultry with bones in it (I eat boneless, skinless breasts only) and most people don't know how to properly prepare fish, especially for a lot of people. So unless they're serving pork at an event, I stick to the side dishes. You can do the same, just in reverse. Stick to everything except the pork. Since the Y is non-denominational and doesn't forbid people from outside their faith from joining or volunteering with them, they can't exactly bend to the dietary restrictions of each member and/or benefactor. It would be counterproductive and cost them a lot of money in the end.

The New Testament says its OK for Christians to eat Pork. There is nothing perplexing about it, except for those who have never actually read it.
Why would a Muslim join the "Young Men's Christian Association"?

Maybe this will be a little more help than the rest. Open the Bible to Genesis 1:29-31 and read.
"And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yeilds seed which is on the face of the earth, and every tree whose fruit yeilds seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food"; and it was so. Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

I like pork.
I enjoy ham, bacon, pork tenderloin, pork chops, roast pork, etc.
The ancient laws prohibiting pork made sense at the time, pork was indeed unsafe to eat at that time.
Times have changed, however.
I don't let the prejudices and superstitions of people who have been dead for hundreds or thousands of years run my life; I think for myself.
You're free to believe whatever you like, and so am I.

It isn't what goes into a man's belly that defiles him, because it all passes through.
What defiles a man is what comes out his mouth from his heart.
If you don't want to eat pork, then don't, it's as simple as that. I believe it's more of a sin to promote hatred and condemnation of someone for eating it, than it is to eat it and be tolerant.

Pork is not the healthiest meat to eat.
If you eat meat its best for health's sake to make sure its well done, and not medium or rare.
