Ha ha,no I wouldn't suggest chopping off your head to achieve this,let's start from square one to accomplish this,a better way would be to eat healthy and to drink a ton of water as well,eating chicken,fish and turkey for meats are the best thing and eating whole grain breads instead of white,eating fresh vegetables and fruit also.3500 calories equals one pound of body fat,so you would have to eat under this number,the first five pounds that you lose are water and then you get down to the body fat,increase your exercise to burn off what you are consuming.I have a motto of my own that I always go by,eat to live and don't live to eat.With the right mind set you can accomplish this if you cut out any sodas that you are drinking,most contain at least up to 7-9 teaspoons of sugar in them,you can see a big difference as far as weight loss goes if you cut them out.If you look at it as establishing a healthy eating pattern it's easier to get through and lose the weight.Just my thoughts.

I hope you're into sour foods. Fruits like oranges and a lot of citrus help. Go into a vegetable salad diet and pour some vinaigrette into it. Acid keeps my weight down though I can say that genetics play a major role into my body plan.
