can anyone help me w/ implanatation questions?trying to conceive here?

ok i have had something (well more than just 1)weird happen here.9 days after ovulation (my husband & i are tryin 2 conceive of course),i had light brown spotting.(i was not due for a period til another 4-5 days.)the next day i had medium flow blood, bright light red.by 11pm that night,i had SEVERE cramps(never ever had this in any of my periods) in my abdomen,my lower back hurt.the next day after the medium flow,i still had the same symptoms that started at 11pm.same blood flow.but i had a severe headache that would NOT go away w/ tylenol!by 1am this mornin,it all subsided.well i stayed light-medium flow all day today.around 5pm i went to bathroom & this mass came out of me.it was fuzzy looking lining (yellow) w/ blood vessels in it.now my blood flow is very very light red.what just happened here?been bleeding 4 days now.am i pregnant?was this implantation?i am so confused.pleeeeeeease help me!!!!

Update:

i had a miscarriage in 2007,& i had a d&c done.i never cramped THAT much during it nor did i have that mass come out.

Update 2:

1 of my friends said she had painful severe cramps like this on implantation day that lasted 2-3 days & the mass came out also.& she is now like 4or5months pregnant & all this happened w/ THIS pregnancy of hers!!!

I am so sorry to say that it sounds like you experienced an early miscarriage. When I had one (I was about 3 weeks along), I had heavy, clotty bleeding with VERY painful cramps. Severe pain and bleeding (especially bright red blood) are usually not a good sign. I would definitely consult a doctor about this, just to make sure you're healthy enough to continue trying to conceive. Good luck and baby dust to you!
