If a person is in America illegally, do the same rights (torture, wrongful interrogation)?

If someone enters the US illegally and is not a citizen, do these rights apply to them. What would happen to someone (legal citizen) if they were to do something considered illegal in the US to an "illegal"?

Update:

Does a government official have the right to do "what ever it takes" if the person is illegal and/or suspected of terrorism?

    Yes. Those rights apply to anyone in our court system. A crime is still a crime regardless of the legality of the victim.

    Everyone in America gets the rights you mentioned. For example, the terrorists who planned 9/11 are getting a trial just like everyone else.
