I know how you feel, and I will tell you that you really are not alone. It is a complete drag, but not something that should slow you down in life. At 14, about 2% of your friends at school still wet the bed too. It would be impossible to learn who, but trust that you are not alone.

You can try a few things to help to stop. Some of these are just a means to manage it, but others are to help quit all together.

Limit your fluid intake in the hours before bed. Don't completely ignore your thirst, but instead of drinking a large glass, take a few sips to quench the thirst. Drink plain water and avoid everything else, too.

Consider using a protective mattress cover to protect the bed - this alone is invaluable. Also consider the use of diapers, pull-ups, or similar to protect your clothes and bed. This is a personal decision, but it is better than waking up soaked and doing laundry all of the time.

Get a bedwetting alarm and place it inside your underwear or diaper. This will wake you when you pee. It will be annoying, and it may take time to train your body to wake before you pee; but eventually, you will learn to wake up before wetting.

Similarly, you can use an alarm clock to wake up every few hours, then go to the toilet to pee.

Both of these techniques are behavior modification and do take time. It could be months, so don't give up on them if they don't seem to work right away.

If you haven't done so already, get into the "medical system" so to speak. You need to be poked and prodded to make sure there are no mechanical or other problems causing you to wet. Seriously, it is worth the effort!

There are medicines that the doctors can try to help you to stop wetting at night.

Eventually, you should grow out of this. You may have your doubts, and there are a slight few kids who grow to adults and remain bedwetters for life; but the odds are on your side here.

    Cheers and good health!

You don't have to be embarrassed this is something that happens to mostly every body.

You may think that u are the only kid in school who has this problem but u are not.

try not to drink to Much after about 7 but if u get thirsty have sips of water and not a big glass.

This may be embarrassing but it does help go out and but some pull ups it is better waking up in a wet bed.

I have never wet the bed but i used to have IBS wich is worse. any way this is something that will fo away in it's own time in stead of feeling down and embarrassed about this try and help your self threw it and remember u arnt allone with this. hope this helps and don't let this silly thing bring u down enjoy life instead of silly things like this making u feel bad. x

Something I would discuss with your doctor. Or if you want to be discrete about it, they make diapers that will fit you that you can wear at night. I know how it is, I wet the bed past the age of 15 and I wore disposable diapers to bed every night until the diapers were dry. I can tell you from experience, it's better to wake up with a wet diaper than to wake up in wet nasty bedding and pajamas.

Wow gosh she's most effective four. I consider I was once wetting my mattress while I was once a little one till the age of approximately 7 or eight. I consider the final time I ever rainy the mattress was once age 10. Give her a couple of years and she or he'll develop out of it. You most effective ought to take drastic measures if she's nonetheless wetting mostly on the age of eight or nine.

Could be bladder problem or even psychological problem. I was doing that for a while after serving our country overseas because of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Either way, only doctors can help you out or refer you to a Psych that can help you out.

Either what the first person said or you could just be drinking too much before you go to sleep. If you drink too much then you should try going to the bathroom before you go to bed. Hope this helped!

Yeah, it might be embarrassing, but I would go to the doctor, it might be a problem with your bladder.
