Question about nasal passages/sinuses?
At any given time I can only breath through one nostril. The other will be totally blocked. It's not a seasonal thing....it's like this all the time. It also alternates between nostrils. Is this common? My Dr. gave me a decongestant nasal spray, but it hasn't helped at all. It's always been this way for me. Does anyone else have this? Any suggestions to stop it? Thanks.
Thanks. I wasn't worried about dying from it though. It's just irritating. I've tried the saline rinse and it doesn't work.

Don't worry, I have it too you won't die ( i think). Try a sinus rinse, ask your doctor, it works for me.
