If I have put a "wrong" Dvd into a player, how can I get it to play the correct ones please ?

Accidentally put wrong region Dvd into player, now it won`t work ! How can I fix this please ?

Update:

Every time I put in a Dvd, it says wrong disc ! (I have tried several)

    That isnt a normal problem it should still work. this could be difficult to fix
