How much uneaten, wasted food have you thrown away this week, in value?
And how much of it was never even taken out of the pack? How much food do we waste over the Christmas period?

Our food never goes to waste when the boys are around.. We get a lot of vegetable trays that make good stir-fries for the next day and the ham and turkey leftovers become sandwiches, soups and stews. The mash potatoes (if any) are usually mixed with bacon and fried the next morning for potato pancakes. They're delicious!
