Cats can't actually get pinkeye. It sounds like she may have an upper respiratory virus. This can cause coughing, sneezing and eye problems.

If there is a green or yellow discharge from the eye then this means that there is an infection. An infection won't go away without meds prescribed by a vet. Until you can get there you can wash the area with a warm cloth to help to keep the kitten comfortable.

If she seems stuffed up with her breathing you can put her in the bathroom next to a steamy shower. The steam will help with the congestion.

If you want to talk to a vet when your vet's office is closed you could talk to one at http://www.askavetquestion.com/

If your cat has pink eye you should use a wet warm rag and gently wipe the gunk away to keep it from getting worse till you can see a vet. the gagging may just be a hair ball. hope this helped tell me if it did.

It sounds like an upper respiratory infection, it has to be treated by your vet with a round of antibiotics. It is also very contagious since it is an airbourne virus to any other cats you may have. In the past I have put foster cats in the bathroom and turned the shower on very hot, the steam helps them to breath.

If you have any other cats, make sure the one that has problems is isolated from them until you take your cat to the vet on Monday. There are some "all care" pet clinics that are open when normal vets are closed. If this seems dire, I'd take you're cat there.
