Is there a site to get a complete, exact, thorough criminal report on myself ?

I may have lost a job that came to me at the most needed time of my life , and was just a blessing . Then individual training me kinda set me up this morning inviting me over with the new service truck they had me drive from Texas to Colorado to help set me up with the essentials to operate. Instead he said he needs the keys that my background was real bad and the owner couldn't insure someone like me . and then said he was real sorry. It crushed me ! I was warned about their Safety man a real hardcore extreme cowboy sheriff type , and some employees say over the top. What can I do to print up as much as he has so I can explain or contest these allegations . Ya so yo know , I committed 1 crime which was theft I was 18 it is a misdemeanor now reduced from a felony in 1991 , I was charged in 1986 reduced the charge in 1991 ! 19 to 24 years ago ! I was there new Mechanic . I want to prove that his lack of sense and extreme way of cutting out the undesirables in his mind , lacked the ability to factor in how many other men with my name in the U.S. near my age could be on this report. ******* I want this Job !
