    Its a shame to say that only a few people in this section actually ask sincere questions and are looking for real answers.

    Many just like to fool around or pass time in different ways (trolling, ranting, preaching, etc.) because apparently they have nothing better to do.

    Don't know the real percentage, but all of them are probably trolls. If someone knows something but wants to confirm or be sure that is okay, but unless the person have an open mind why ask ?

    while substitute into the final time a blind individual drove a motor vehicle legally. Lol people who’s licence substitute into revoked completely shouldn’t pay for coverage. little ones decrease than the using age don’t require coverage. OOPS: that substitute into from yet another question... I do have an thought of what form of answer might desire to get the prize, yet no longer till each and all of the solutions have been published.

    - Well probably most people are trying to get their points across, rather than being curious about whatever they wanna know.

    Surely a person can ask a question just to receive confirmation of his beliefs? Or should complete ignorance of the subject matter be a prerequisite?
