If you don't like vegetables, there are supplements that can replace eating them. You need to make sure you moderate your consumption of junk food, fast food, fried food. Its hard to just cut it all out at once. Try not to drink sugary drinks like soda and juices.

You will need to eat healthier.

This could include lean meats and fish that are low in fat, high in protein. You want to lose fat and gain lean muscle. Eat fruits and whole grains. Do you like salads?

Drink lots of water, at least 8-8oz glasses a day. You may want to drink green tea, helps with weight loss. I like to drink it with a mango flavored aloe vera for healthy digestion. Exercise, start small with an extra walk from your car to where ever your going, some push-ups & sit-ups watching TV and build on that.

Pay attention to labels when grocery shopping. There are lighter versions to your favorite products like dairy has skim versions, products that have half the sugar. Some grocery stores have online shopping. I would rather pay the extra $10-$15 to pick up my end then to spend an extra $25-$50 on junk food that is on sale but normally would never buy.

When serving a meal, keep it on your counter or on the burner. Your less likely to pick and end up eating less.

Supplements does help you get proper nutrition where you would normally miss with your meals. I enjoy a 180c meal replacement shake every day because I am getting the same nutrition as a 2000 calorie meal without all the garbage.

Join a support group, online or in person. There are many and this helps with motivation and keeping on track to help achieve your goals. I run many groups that are 10 week challenges. You pay a fee and at the end of 10 weeks, we pay the "biggest losers" in cash, all about motivation.

Hope this helps & good luck!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a

bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

You could try the Atkins diet, but it's so unhealthy ....

Veg are healthy. As in good for you, your digestive system, your tissue, organs, bones, skin, hair and nails. Learn to like them.

Rice is a carb, like wheat, potatoes, pasta. Pasta is wheat, not rice.

2- don't eat your dinner, and eat your break fast

3-try to stop eating potato and bread or don't eat a lot of potato and bread

    4- drink milk every day

Never eat any snack food out of the box, carton or bag the idea came in. You're less more likely to overeat if you separate goodies into appropriate fist-sized servings.

If you're having difficulty getting started, make a small move including starting an eating log or buying walking shoes. You're three times almost certainly going to follow through if you commence with small gestures such as these.
