Can people be born with bigoted and hateful tendencies or is it a learned trait?

I believe it is definitely learned behavior.

Locke's theory states we are born a "blank slate" and that everything except what our bodies need to know to survive, is learned. You have to "gain knowledge" of something, before you can hate it.

It is a learned trait based on how you were raised and taught as well as your surroundings and experiences.

We are born with a human weakness to commit sins. This is refered to as "sin nature". The specific sins are learned.
