Not sure about dfw but, where I live, the local utility company can usually recommend reputable HVAC contractors and, often, even offer service contracts thru them. Doesn't mean they are the best or cheapest but, at least, the utility company recommendation lends some credibility. GL

DFW is a large area and you don't say where you live. If you're in the Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney area, I recommend Bill Joplin's Compressor Service in McKinney. They are honest, fair, and their service personnel are knowledgeable and prompt. You might be able to get it done cheaper but not better.
