I'll take some of the Celtic ones. I've got all the books still and it would be very easy to go back to worshiping them. Plus they're a load of fun. I could easily get behind worshiping the Dagda, Manaanan mac lir, and Taranis again.

Frankly though, look at the world and consider if you would want there to be a god responsible for this.

Athena, Goddess of wisdom, knowledge, logic, and war. She rewards those who are skeptical, intellectually honest, curious, logical, and willing to defend themselves against aggression.
She punishes piety, faith-based beliefs, intellectual dishonesty (actually, all dishonesty), and unwarranted aggression.
