What is this animated kids movie?
Okay this is an older movie, I want to say mid 80's or so. There was a queen whose castle was made of ice and she lures a young boy to her. His friend or sister becomes concerned about him because his heart turns to ice and is black. He forgets about her in a way until she finally is able to melt his heart.

it's either the snow queen, if the girl was called burda, i believe.
or it sounds similar to the lion the witch & the wardrobe
