I think it's rather embarrassing, but: When someone says that they are horny, what do they mean by that exactly?

I have a female friend that tells me that she's always horny by nature.

No offense, but it sounds like your female friend is desperate for sex to put it very plainly.

I think if they're always horny, their needs are never met when they actually get some. And I think it just depends on how old they are (where their maturity lies).
