CATHOLICS --How many of u say the Rosary daily, i have ???....?

Question

i say the rosary daily except on Sunday (i just go to church or watch a mass on tv), I sometimes encounter times when i feel like im busy to say the rosary due to being busy or 'JUST DONT FEEL LIKE IT', yet i feel guilty. i know i cant be perfect and say it 6x a week , but if i 'skip' saying it i feel my conscience telling me u can say the rosary it only takes 15 minutes, and whats 15 min compared to having all the time to do other things. 

id like to know if other catholics feel the same, say the rosary daily but if sometimes something happens and they skip a day or two, i guess its like exercising, just do it and do it before u find an excuse to say no, right/

I confess, I don't say it daily. Exactly your reason: I feel too busy. I have five kids. However, it's easy to throw on EWTN at noon and pray it along with everyone else, if you know what I mean? I have recently been feeling the call to pray it so I have set my alarm clock to remind me it's noon and then I spend time, even if I am walking around or cleaning -- I am praying. I also try and make rosaries at church -- it's easier and I can concentrate.

I remember the good ole days when I would take 20 minutes and just sit and meditate on the Rosary every day. I felt so peaceful and blessed. I only had two kids then! ;-)

Read the "Secrets of the Rosary," and find out about the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary. There are some Catholics that pray all four of the mysteries.

I must admit that that I do not pray to rosary everyday and again its because I feel busy. I need to find time to say it and I agree with your analogy with exercising. I would say it either first thing in the morning or right before you fall asleep because its either the first or last thing and always the easiest to remember. Hope this helps and God Bless!!

It's funny, but, I seem to be called and get a feeling when I SHOULD pray the rosary!  My mother on the other hand, will not take one step out of her room until she prays the rosary, every day. We now pray the rosary together for the people of Haiti.

Of course there is scriptural basis for the rosary, it is all about the life and times and death and Resurrection of our Lord.  You protestants have forgotten that the bible came out of the Church, not the church out of the bible.  You have also forgotten that the Catholic Church wrote the NT, by Catholics for Catholics.  The Church also saved it from all the assaults form the pagans, barbarians, vikings and Muslims in order for your sects to take it and misinterpret it and thump it at us.  Yes, I pray the rosary every night before bed. Pax Christi

I love the Rosary. Thru the Rosary I was able to conceive when I was told it was impossible for me to have children..
