Your video card died. Mine did a month ago too. Simple solution, get a new video card installed. They can run you as low as 50$ for a semi-decent one. I got a gaming video card for 80$ two weeks ago from www.newegg.com. If you're comfortable at all with popping off the side of your case and installing a video card (which litterally consists of unscrewing the one screw holding it in, hitting the little release lever and pulling the old one out then doing it all in reverse to install a new one). But if you aren't comfortable with that and dont know anyone who is, go to a local computer repair shop. I think if they charge you more than $60 for a basic video card (assuming you dont do gaming or video editing) and at most $50 for the 5 minutes it will take to install the new video card. So hope that helps.
