What legal rights do women have that men do not in America?

If a man accuses a woman of assault (sexual or otherwise), she's considered innocent until proven guilty, and given a fair trial, or the police simply laugh at the man, then come to the house and arrest him instead. If a woman accuses a man of assault (sexual or otherwise), that is all the proof needed to convict him, and force him to take re-education classes after a lengthy sentence.

If a woman is accused of molesting a child, the case is either thrown out, or the court determines it wasn't her fault because someone must have driven her to it, and she pleads to a slap-on-the-wrist charge. If a man is accused of molesting a child, that is all the evidence needed to convict him- even if it's obvious it's a vengeful wife making a false charge to get revenge on him for confronting her over the affair she had.

And GIVING A MAN CUSTODY OF HIS CHILDREN?!?! Why, he's just the sperm-donor, and clearly a latent sexual predator waiting to molest them! Even if the woman smokes meth every day and beats the kids, why the hell would we give the straight-laced husband custody?!?!

Think I'm pulling this out of my rear? Read the Violence Against Women Act, authored by vice-president Joe "d*ckhead" Biden. Even though the constitution is supposed to guarantee equal protection, VAWA gives priority to women, and disincentivizes courts acting on female-on-male violence. They don't get funding for that. Ever heard of battered men's shelters? Me either.

Face it, America (including intelligent reasonable women) is tired of the "more equal" attitude of hyper-feminism. Their husbands, brothers and sons are treated by the courts as second-class citizens, and we're not buying the cries of "oppression" anymore. Legally, a woman can rape a man and not be charged with rape. It will only be a sexual abuse charge or sexual misconduct. Sad but true. I have heard that even if she uses a strapon or penetrates him with any kind of device it still wont count as rape but as sexual assault.

Women serve less time in prison for the same crimes as men, women are favored by the family court system, women can choose whether they want to be a parent after unprotected sex, women can assault men with impunity because you should "never hit a girl, no matter what", women can criminalize sex with their "feelings", women can levy a false rape charge against a man and face no criminal liability, women work less hours and demand the same wage, women seriously injure and or murder their children 86% more than men and have a whole slew of "female only mental disorders" to hide behind when they get caught.

Some men have found that when they call the police to report an incident of domestic violence by a woman against them they are the ones who the cops actually arrest. So the presumption of innocence is denied to them.

Women also have rights concerning reproduction which men do not. They can abort a pregnancy whether or not the father agrees. Men cannot force or prevent an abortion of pregnancy.

In the United States, rights are conferred upon the citizens by the Constitution and ONLY the Constitution. These rights are gender-free. The self-pitying whining done by the pinhead crowd when this question is asked describes social practices that have nothing to do with feminism. But hey - if indeed women have *any* legal rights that men don't have, pinheads are cordially invited to support the Equal Rights Amendment, which would do away with that.
