These situations can be really difficult, especially when one person wants something more than the other person. It sounds like he definitely likes you as a friend but in order for you to know if he wants something more you will need to ask him if he wants something more or tell him that you do.

It is possible that he does want something more but isn't sure if you do. It's also possible that he likes you as a friend but still enjoys the more intimate things with you as well.

The important thing is that if you want something more and he doesn't you MUST be aware of this. If this is the case you might be better ending the benefits. Try to be with him more, hold his hand, invite him to do stuff with you, plant a small kiss on his forehead or the tip of his nose, use his chest as your pillow, maybe play with his hand. Ask for hugs often and tell him you feel safer when he is around and that your happier when your with him and he should get the idea. If that dosent work just tell him you like him alot and that you want to be more than just FWB's.
