What room temperature range is considered "healthy"?

A range of between 19 and 23 or so degrees is a good room temperature, correct? I know that this fluctuates depending on various factors, but thinking in general terms this holds pretty much true, I would infer.

Update:

That's 19-23 Celsius.

Between 19 and 23 degrees..... you must have some very cold weather or a very good AC. (do you really mean C, not F)

The usual is around 70 something farenheit, or 22 degrees centigrade, although it depends on how the climate is where we live. I live in a place kown for its climate extremes and in the winter maybe 22 is a little on the chilly side, especially if we keep suffering from hot and cold days during the winter season. In the summer 22 degrees is not enough becase we are sweltering all the time, so 20 would sound better.

It's a good temperature for a freezer! Are you talking about a regular room..like a bedroom? I wouldn't consider that temp to be healthy. Are we talking Celsius or Farenheit? If it's Farenheit...it's way too low.
