I need a good smoothie recipe?
I need a good strawberry banana smoothie recipe that doesn't contain ice cream or yogurt. I've got a lot of these two fruits that are about to be over ripe and thought this would be a good way to use it up. The only thing is that my daughter is lactose intolerant. It can have milk that is fine I can just substitute soy milk for the cow's milk.

BEST STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
4 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. milk
1 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp sugar (opt.)
Combine strawberries, milk and ice. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add sugar. Blend for 1 minute.
Makes approximately 32 oz.

Banana Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup soy yogurt
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons protein powder
In a blender, combine the yogurt, soy milk, banana chunks, strawberries, wheat germ and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall frost-chilled glass and serve immediately.

If you freeze the fruit first, you don't need to add ice. Makes them tastier. =)
Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy yogurt
Blend until smooth.

I know one and i love it! i have one almost every day!
Ingredients:
Bananas
Frozen strawberries ( can be found @ albertsons)
Ok first put in some 3-4 strawberries in, then 2/3 of the banana, then blend it up! yummy!

Smoothie
Make this smoothie every morning for breakfast. It’s rich in vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fats, monounsaturated fats, soy protein, and so much more!
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 apple
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup tofu
3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons aloe vera juice
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon barley grass powder (optional)
Directions
In a blender, combine banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil, and barley grass powder. Blend again until well blended.
Pour into glasses and serve.
