If Ontario, the LCBO will special order it in for her no extra charge

Probably not. It's illegal to send alcohol through the US mail, and neither Fed Ex, UPS, nor DHL will ship from one person to another.
You'll have to find a licensed distributor that has a license to ship to Canada.
