When Bodybuilding,is it alright to train the same muscles every day?

I'm wondering is it alright to train same muscles every day or should you wait for every second day or how long?

    NO

it all depends on your own body's ability to recover from workouts but generally

beginners need only 1-2 days off but as your workouts get more intense = you need more rest time like up to 1 week for the same muscle

No. Probably for three days in a row maximum, but not much further than that. Weight lifting produces small tears in the muscle, which you often feel as muscle soreness the day after. Try exercising every day through that, and it will begint to stop working. Also, if you dont let your muscles recover when in this state, they will not repair, and thus wont grow.

Your muscles need a chance to rest. If you work out every single day without taking one day off, a week. You will wear your body down and the muscles won't look as good as they could.

Even GOD rested on the 7th day after making the world. =)

If your doing it properly u wont be able to do the same muscles everday i do upper body one day lower body the next and so on, and remember rest is just as important as the exercise cos ur muscles need to repair themselves to get bigger

Not from what I hear.I'm facinated with the sport. They work different muscles different days. You need to really work the muscle then take a day off from it to rest. Now if your in a situation where you work and use the muscle in your work thats a little different. But you still need the rest.
