That's an incredibly broad subject. You'll need to find out what field of science they're studying now and develop an activity from that. Remember to write out a lesson plan and state your objectives clearly. Sorry I can't be more specific. What if you get hold of one of their science books and do a project from that? There is never enough time for the teacher to do all the demonstrations in the book, and it would reinforce their curriculum.

do something fun get them out of there seats do an outside class they love that with little writing
