I just quit smoking today?

Can anybody give me any ideas on how to deal with the tension that comes with the cravings? Also, what activities can fill the time that I would have spent smoking? Silly answers are just as welcome as serious ones. I'm grumpy and could use a good laugh.

    I'm really proud of you for quitting smoking! To avoid smoking, avoid people who smoke that way you won't feel the urge as much. And try a new healthy hobby to take your mind off of it. Like playing an instrument like guitar or drums. Or something creative like writing a book, the culinary arts, or painting a masterpiece. And playing video games! Just do something fun, because there is a million and one things to do and try besides smoking.
