What is the best post-workout therapy?

I have the option of sauna, whirlpool, or steam room. Which is the best to do after a workout?

    Sauna is always my best cool down exercixe. after running or soem stair master. sweating it out is a great way to go. plus you get rid of a lot of toxins in the body that way. and loose soem extra water weight. hops this helps out

    All are going to have the same results. Be sure to do a good "cool down" after a hard work out to remove lactic acid, but none of the three methods will that better than a good cool down period
