That’s a good question, because if I lose my purse, I’ll come back to your question for the inventory for the police report…

By the way, everybody, take all your cards, driving license, any other id, credit cards, debit cards, health insurance, car insurance, AAA whatever, all the cards you have and lie them down in a copy machine, both sides (cost a few cents). If you lose your purse or it gets stolen, those will be easily replaced if you have copies at home.

My garage door opener is connected to my car, I’m always thinking…somebody steals my car and then they can access my house.

Usually I never take my bag with me to stores, just take my driver’s license, credit card, a $20 bill and my car keys, where my bag is.

In my bag, I have…

A little leather coin purse with coins (for all my change when paying cash) which I regularly put in those machines that give you cash for coins.

A cute little mirror that looks like a little flat bag but you open it and it’s a two sides mirror.

A Swiss knife (those come real handy sometimes).

A mace (you need that for road rage, being a female in a deserted parking lot or a jogger against stray dogs).

Pictures of my kids in a sturdy plastic flat frame.

A pouch of Kleenex.

ChapSticks, nail file and bandages.

A mini bottle of Gucci perfume, Tic Tac

A collapsible hair brush.

Pen and paper.

A flashlight (sometimes I help people in a dark movie theater, who dropped something).

A tiny one inch compass (sometimes I get lost and I don’t have GPS).

A mini tape measure (I measure stuff I buy for my house to make sure they’ll fit).

Cell phone.

Keys… car key, house key, backdoor keys, mailbox keys, and work keys…whatever.

A winning lottery ticket (I won $9…YEAH!!!)

A beautiful little tiny leather wallet with a zipper to contain all my cards and opens like a fan. I bought it on the Champs Elysees in Paris. Insurance cards, library cards, debit cards, store cards, gift cards…I could cancel and replace any cards but I could not replace that cute little leather wallet with a zipper that opens like a fan and the older it gets, the softer it gets and the smell is amazing. Talk about kids wanting to play with the box!

Some cash, usually between $20 to $60 since I always pay everything with my credit cards.

Index cards about things I need to buy when I get to those stores, like a new date stamp (mine went from 1998 to 2009), a renewed fire extinguisher or some printer ink.
