Can I become a Partner on YouTube?

I was just wondering if I should apply for a partnership. I joined on the 8th of last month and already have over 600 subscribers. Please tell me what you think. Thanks

    You need at least over 1000 subs to even think of becoming a partner

    Sick dude i liked that tre flip. I skate to and im trying to become a partner to. I think you need atleast 1000 subs i subbed to you. chech me out pjhskater im not as good as you though

    You usually don't find partners with anything less than 10,000 subscribers. Keep working at it.
