Blogger free theme with custom picture?
I'm looking for a free template for blogger that can help me incorporate a picture (say around 200 x 250 pixels) near the header.

Please remove the punctuation at the end of the links. And thank you, Ron, but the background image technique isn't working.
What I'm looking at is code that does not change the background image, but helps me add an image on top of it, in the top-left (preferably) part of the page.

I use TemplateToaster though! it does not need coding to make web designs.
