why does it feel like something is stuck in the middle of my chest?

It really hurts and its feels like something is stuck in the middle of my chest.I drank water and still it feels like that since yesterday, and it wouldn't let me sleep and it makes it kinda hard for me to breath. Anyone can help?

    You need to get yourself to the ER. It sounds like there's something stuck (food?). Don't mess around with that. Go NOW!!
