what is the best way to rid yourself of acne?

i've been trying for 2 years with many medications and nothing seems to be that effective and i know i could take acutane but i'm looking for something else

    I second the first answer...I am currently on Accutane and I have not one single pimple on my face at all. It worsk REALLY well and keeps off the pimples for a lot of years. It is not omething you can buy over the shelff, you have to go to a dermatologist to get them t prescribbe it for you. Its a pill so its not about washing your face with this ad that every minute. You may also have to take a blood test!

    Tyr it our and trust me you wont regret it at all!

    While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...
