Redesign hot dogs... and other foods for kids? What do you think?

We need to teach our children to take smaller bites and to chew if they're choking on hot dogs.

When my children were young... around 5 yo. we cut up the hot dogs for them and made sure they chewed before giving them another piece.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the hot dog. It's parents not watching and teaching their children.

Totally ridiculous! Why do they have to redesign the hot dog shape?? Redesign it yourself by cutting it up before serving it!!

Where were the parents of the kid that choked? Drunk? Stoned? How do you not notice that? Darwin was working well. What's next, banning meatballs in spaghetti? Get rid of HF corn syrup first.

the idea of unhealthy and a choking hazard, thats pretty different

i think its dumb personally... i think parents should just watch their kids eating... not worrry about redesignign because of possible choking hazards.

i think redesigning them is retarded just vut them up smaller for your child if you want to feed them dont give them a whole hot dog

Hot Dogs are disgusting, why would you feed them to your kids?

I like to make them interesting by making kebabs with them. As you heat them, more of the fat will drain out of the rings.

i haven't heard of this :: my main concern would be if the meat came from the offspring of cloned animals :: the fda approved cloned animals & their offspring for human consumption a few years ago =\
