Synopsis

Okazaki Tomoya is a delinquent who finds life dull and believes he'll never amount to anything. Along with his friend Sunohara, he skips school and plans to waste his high school days away.

One day while walking to school, Tomoya passes a young girl muttering quietly to herself. Without warning she exclaims "Anpan!" (a popular Japanese food) which catches Tomoya's attention. He soon discovers the girl's name is Furukawa Nagisa and that she exclaims things she likes in order to motivate herself. Nagisa claims they are now friends, but Tomoya walks away passing the encounter off as nothing.

However, Tomoya finds he is noticing Nagisa more and more around school. Eventually he concedes and befriends her. Tomoya learns Nagisa has been held back a year due to a severe illness and that her dream is to revive the school's drama club. Claiming he has nothing better to do, he decides to help her achieve this goal along with the help of four other girls.

As Tomoya spends more time with the girls, he learns more about them and their problems. As he attempts to help each girl overcome her respective obstacle, he begins to realise life isn't as dull as he once thought.

Synopsis

On Christmas Eve, Hiro Hirono's bike is stolen by a girl chasing a thief who stole her purse. He gives chase and finds her unconscious and his bike ruined. The girl, Miyako Miyamura, soon awakes and the two begin to talk. After making sure she is okay, they end up spending Christmas Eve together. Later, Hiro finds out Miyako attends the same school as him and they begin to spend more and more time together, Miyako developing affections for Hiro. Kei Shindou -- Hiro's childhood friend who has long held a crush on him -- begins to become jealous and a love triangle follows.

The anime also tells the tale of Renji Asou. One day, he meets Chihiro Shindou, the twin sister of Kei Shindou, at an abandoned train station. Though she is shy, they get along and begin meeting there everyday. However, Renji finds out that Chihiro was in a car accident years ago that gave her a disability, which makes her memory last only 13 hours. Despite this, after learning that it is Chihiro's dream to write a novel and knowing the hardships her condition will bring, Renji decides to help Chihiro fulfull her dream.

Momo is about an average girl out to prove the worth of the world so it doesn't get destroyed. Very good manga, still in its early stages but has an apparent blossoming love triangle. Ongoing.

Lilim Kiss fits your description of PG-13 awkward situations. The female lead is a succubus. Very cute and funny, complete with lots of jealous rivalry. Short at two volumes only, but great read.

Fruits basket is an obvious choice. Very sweet, romantic and entertaining.

Gakuen Alice is centered around a girl in a school for the supernaturally talented. Sweet, funny, good light entertainment. Ongoing.

Oresama Teacher is a good romance manga. Love triangle with two guys after the heroine. Cute, entertaining, complete with running gags. A few dramatic moments. Ongoing.

Dengeki Daisy is about an orphaned girl who finds emotional support in the mysterious "Daisy", who texts her all the time. And the true identity of Daisy...is someone surprisingly nearby. Very romantic and sweet. Ongoing.

Beast Master, despite the rather creepy title, is a sweet romance story with lots of emotion embedded in it. Completed at two volumes.

So far I've only read one romance and it was AI-ORE! got I loved it it's got such a great story and romance to it. About the prince of a all girl school and princess of a all boy school because the main characters are basically switched they each look like the opposite gender

Fruits Basket is good I liked the series haven't read the manga but I guess the manga goes even farther than the series. It is very good and has a nice message to it
