i've taken Adderall and other ADHD meds, without a prescription.
will this show up on my drug test?

Adderall is an amphetamine, and should "disappear" from your urine at the very latest within 7 days of the last use.
Since you didn't list the other ADHD medications, I can't be more specific about them. Different medications can be detectable in urine for different amounts of time.
