    George Laramy of Enfield, New Hampshire patented a table utensil in 1907. Laramy invented a combination fork and spoon.

    Sure looks very spork like to me.

    Without actually looking it up I don't know. I want to see a fork knife combo...perhaps call it a knork.

    I don't know but I do know that they had them in the 1970's in my school.
