Sounds like he's not ready to get serious and he's not sure you are perfect for him, or he wouldn't still be looking. If you're ok keeping it casual until you're sure you really like him, then just don't crush too hard. More often than not, women think as long as they stick around, the guy will come around, but it just makes us look weak, and like we have no self respect. Jealousy is a good thing my friend, cos it will make you more determined to make him your own. Just try to talk to him more and flirt a little bit and then he will get the signal that you like him and maybe ask you out.
